Woke up this morning in a state of euphoric mania that I haven't been in for quite a while. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that I've never felt this...well...up before in recent memory. My only real class was canceled, so that just left singers. And the best part was that we didn't even touch that insufferable Francis Poulenc Gloria we're doing for our spring concert. We spent the entire time working on...you won't believe this...Polly Wolly Doodle. I hardly believed it myself, but so it was. We started it and it took up the whole hour. Overall, the sky was virtually cloudless, it wasn't so damn cold, and the sun was shining. It was a day to remember.

Then the clouds came in. I went to eat a bite and sat with two friend-girls of mine who seemed somewhat troubled about something. I asked if anything was the matter and they just said 'no,' which to me seemed a little contrived. Granted I'm terrible at reading physical cues, but that's how it seemed at the time. So that brought me down kind of fast. So now here I am, waiting for 6:30 to roll around so I can get this damn choir practice out of the way.
